Pause

Services: Animation

Pause is a UK charity that works with women who have had or may have children taken from their care. They asked us to create a piece of content that would highlight the work that they do and increase donations.

The video won Gold awards at The Drum’s 2017 Roses Awards in the Animation, Charity Advert, and Copywriting categories. It also received the coveted Chairman’s award from Trevor Beattie.

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE)

Services: Animation

South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive needed a social media campaign designed to engage young people under 14 years of age. The aim was to educate them on the benefits of using public transport and encourage them to get a travel card.

We researched this specific audience to see what types of content and styles from other brands were resonating with them. After creating and testing some initial ideas, we settled on using a simple illustration style inspired by popular YouTube videos, including Asdfmovie by Thomas Ridgewell and the educational channel by CGP Grey. We scripted, storyboarded and animated seven films to promote the new travel card.

National Crime Agency

Services: Animation

Cocaine production is one of the most violent and environmentally destructive industries on earth. The National Crime Agency asked us to create an animated video to dispel that myth as part of their nationwide ‘Every Line Counts’ campaign. We came up with a clever concept built around the idea of a recipe for cocaine.

The finished video was posted to YouTube and Facebook by the NCA and its partners. It received more than 2.5 million views on Facebook, was played on Radio 1 and even made its way on to TV.
